I am a Realtor working in Kitchener Waterloo.  Recently I employed Carol and Sharon, Home Stagers and owners of Homes with Style to come in and stage my newest listing.

My real estate business is referral based so it is very important that I make the desires of my clients come true.  Every seller wants their home to sell for the best price possible in the least amount of time with the least amount of worry.  A very important part of the process is the presentation of the home.  A properly staged home will sell quicker and often for a better price.  Carol and Sharon are expert stagers.  They walked into this home, presented themselves professionally and made excellent, tactful suggestions to the Sellers.  They also provided the Sellers with a printed colour report with photos and explanations of the recommendations they suggested. 

The home I had staged by Homes with Style sold quickly and for a good price.  My Sellers were pleased and I am sure they will refer me to their friends and family.
