Once the inital consultation is done, you can then choose to make the changes yourself using our report.  Or we can come back for an addional fee and make all the changes for you, saving you the time and energy.

Most seniors have lived in their homes for twenty to thirty years accumulating many possessions. We will help the client decide what to take and what to let go of. 

We will help them prepare and stage the home for the real estate market.

Colours are a reflection of personal style and taste, however we must remember that colour is vital in staging a home to sell. It is important for the entire house to visually flow from one room to the next.
Choosing the perfect colour(s) on your own can be very difficult. We will suggest the best colour palette that will most appeal to the potential buyer. 

Open House Preparation

After the initial staging has taken place, we will return to the property to ensure that the home is showcased to its potential for the open house.
